This Artisanal Cheese is made from activated, cultured and fermented cashew nuts. It is seasoned with a blend of black garlic and topped with Treehouse special Middle Eastern blend “Green Base”. Aged for 20 days to allow the flavours to develop and intensify and giving it a taste full of Umami hence the name.
Enjoy it with Treehouse pita crisps with a glass of Taboocha Kombucha.
Keep refrigerated. Cheezes are good for 30 days.
