This Artisanal Cheeze is made from a blend of activated and cultured almond and cashew.  Aged with love and care for over 20 days in our Cheeze cellar. Made using minimal ingredients, using a special blend of pepperoncini spices and lemon zest.

Enjoy on your favorite pasta or pizza or simply on a cracker. We like to pair it with a Sangiovese.


Keep refrigerated. Cheezes are good for 30 days.
