Meet Amy, Founder and Chef
Nuteese® began with Amy’s vision to create cheese that nourishes both body and soul without compromise. As a chef devoted to plant-based living, craftsmanship, and well-being, she envisioned a world where cheese could feel both compassionate and luxurious.
Her creations are more than recipes. Each one is a ritual. Every wheel of Nuteese® is handcrafted in small batches using activated cashews, traditionally cultured and aged with care for 21 days to develop rich, complex flavor. This is slow food in its purest form, crafted to be savored and shared.
