Peace in the Middle East labne inspired spread. It is made from activated fermented cashew nuts and seasoned with Zaatar, mint and pistachios and of course vegan. Spread on a toast or on a flat bread for breakfast with some Turkish tea or enjoy with a mezze style dinner with a Chardonnay.
